This privacy policy is applicable to the Bambazzle app for mobile devices and website ("service"), which was developed by KINYUME ("developer", "us", "we", "our") as a Commercial service. This service is provided "AS IS".
What information does the service obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The service acquires the information you supply upon download and registeration. Registration is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that you might not be able to utilize some of the features offered by the service without registration.
The service generates new content derived from the information that you submit.
The Developer may also use the information you provided them to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the service may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your devices unique ID, your IP address, your operating system and information about the way you use the service.
The service does not gather precise information about the location of your device. Subject to your consent, the service may collect an approximate geographical location (nearest country) in order to enrich the content you create.
Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services to aid the Developer in improving the service. The Developer will only share your information with third parties if necessary for the service to function and in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Developer may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

You can halt all collection of information by the service easily by uninstalling the mobile app and desist from using the service. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Developer will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the service and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Developer may retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like the Developer to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the service, please contact them at info@bambazzle.app and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the service to function properly.
Children
The service does not address anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has used the service, please contact the Developer (info@bambazzle.app) so that necessary action can be taken.
Security
The Developer is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Developer provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we endeavour to gather only functional information and strictly provide access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the service. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Developer will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
